Q. What do I need to do to reserve an activity?
A. Reserving your event is easy. You can use our automated system or call 800 426-3272. We need a signed contract and and a 30% deposit to hold the activity.
Q. Is setup and take down part of my rental time?
A. No. Your items will be setup and taken down before and after your allocated rental or party times. Please allow for between 15 and 60 minutes for setup and take down for each item.
Q. What is your cancelation policy
A. We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to change the date or time of your event we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations will forfeit deposit.
Q. What if it rains?
A. If the weather is bad, we can reschedule any outdoor activities at no charge.
Q. Do I get a discount if I order more than one activity?
A. Yes - discounts will automatically be applied during the quote process saving you 25% or on your second qualifying activity. Start and end times must match to qualify for discount.
Q. Can I just rent an item and pick it up?
A. In order for us to ensure your party is a success, we don't allow for pickups. Delivery and setup is included with all of our rentals.
Q. Do I need to leave a tip for the Game Instructor?
A. Tipping your Game Instructor is not required. If you wish to leave a tip you may add any amount to your final invoice. All gratuity goes directly to your Game Instructor.
Q. Is there a per guest charge on your parties?
A. There is no per guest charge on any of our parties.

Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes - We carry a minimum of $1 million dollars liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available up on request.
Q. Are you licensed?
A. Yes - however not all of our activities need a license to operate. For those activities that require a license, the license information is available upon request.
Q. I'm a tax exempt non profit, do I have to pay tax?
A. No, simply provide us with a copy of your tax exempt form and we will not add tax to your order, you can do this during the online quote process by selecting "Yes" in the "tax exempt" section.
Q. Do you offer discounts for non profit or charities?
A. Based on availability, we may be able to offer additional savings or extended rental times, call for details.
