While we can't predict what the weather will be like for your event, we can give you piece of mind that if you have to cancel your event due to rain or severe weather you won't be out your deposit. If you're worried your event might fall on one of the many rainy days here in NEO, you can add our rain guarantee to order and if we are unable to setup on your scheduled event day, you receive a full refund of your deposit.

How it works

The rain guarantee is a lot like insurance on your deposit. Normally, your 30% deposit is non refundable, it will stay on your account as a credit for one year. By adding the rain guarantee, your deposit will be refunded to you in the event of a rain or severe weather cancelation.

How much does it cost?

Adding a rain guarantee is only 5% of your event total, excluding tax and delivery.

If you don't add our rain guarantee that's okay, your deposit will be kept on file for 1 full year for you to use on any of our rentals or services.
