Delivery Options
How to choose the delivery or pickup option that is right for you

We offer four delivery options, this section will help you decide which is right for you. Select your delivery type during the quote process online or call 330 752-2351.



You choose the date and times you need your items, this is your guaranteed rental time. We will deliver and setup your items based on our truck and crew schedule. You always get your items for at least your guaranteed rental time, usually longer. Delivery can be up to 2 days prior to your event and up to 2 days after your event. Most flex customers have their rentals for 2-3 days. Setup can be as early as 7:30am and take down can be as late as 8:30pm.

We deliver and set up. You operate, We take down after your event. Not available on all items. Event location must be within 50 miles.

Same Day Delivery

Your rentals will be setup and removed the day of your event. Choose this option if can’t have your items left overnight but do not need us to staff your rental(s). Setup can be as early as 7:30am and take down can be as late as 8:30pm (depending on our truck schedule). Event location must be within 50 miles.

If you need a specific delivery or take down time, there is a $75 charge for each specified time. We will do our best to accommodate, please allow a 1 hour delivery window. Example, if you request a 9:00am setup, we will be there between 8:00am and 10:00am.

Customer Pickup

You pick up from our warehouse, set up, operate, take down and return. Deep discounts on some of our smaller inflatables, carnival games and concessions. Click here for pick up items

You will need a truck, van or large SUV to transport any inflatable. Inflatables will NOT fit in a car.  Even small inflatables are heavy, some over 300 lbs.  We recommend you have two able-bodied adults to setup and take down. We provide complete instructions and how to videos. Only valid on the inflatables listed here; carnival games, and concessions are also available for pickup.

Deliver, Setup, and Supervise

We deliver, set up and have at least one manager on site to help with your event. Items are operated by either our staff or your volunteers. By default we will provide 1 operator for each inflatable or game.  You can choose to provide a volunteer operator on most items by selecting the volunteer discount option:

Choosing this option will lower your total cost but will require that you have a volunteer to operate the ride or game they are assigned. Operators must be responsible, able bodied adults 16 years of age or older.

For a “fully staffed” event, where we take care of everything, most popular choice for corporate events or anyone who wants all inclusive services, simply leave the volunteer option unchecked during checkout.

Add $39 for delivery if your order is under $199. Minimum order excludes staff and delivery charge.
