Craze Carnival FAQs

Is the carnival just for kids?

No! Carnival fun is for everyone. Because you choose the games included in your carnival, you can select games based on the ages and skill levels of your guests.

For younger children, choose simple games like the Duck Pond. For older kids, teens, and adults, games like Roller Bowler, Plinko, and other skill-based carnival games keep everyone involved.

We can help you create the right mix of games for your audience.

Is the carnival only for outdoor events?

No. Our Craze Carnival can be set up indoors or outdoors.

Our carnival tents are approximately 10' x 10' with a 14' peak height, making them a great option for gymnasiums, fieldhouses, large event centers, parking lots, parks, and other event spaces.

For indoor events, please make sure your facility has adequate ceiling height and space for the selected package.

Are prizes included?

Yes! Prizes are included with our Craze Carnival packages.

Each carnival tent comes with 150 prizes, so a six-tent carnival can include up to 900 prizes.

Think of the fun novelty prizes you remember getting from the classic 25-cent prize machines—small toys, trinkets, and surprises that kids love.

Are the games difficult to win like games at a fair?

No! Our carnival is designed around fun and participation, not making it nearly impossible to win.

You can even adjust how games are played based on the ages and abilities of your guests.

Can we upgrade or customize the prizes?

Absolutely!

The standard package includes our traditional carnival prize assortment, but we can customize or upgrade the prize package for your event.

Do I have to rent all six carnival tents?

No. We offer three Craze Carnival sizes, so you can choose the package that works best for your attendance, space, and budget.

Can I choose the carnival games?

Yes! That's one of the best parts of the Craze Carnival.

You can select from our available carnival games to create a lineup that works for your guests. Choose games for little ones, skill games for older participants, or create a mixture that gives all ages something to play.

How much space do I need?

Each carnival tent requires approximately a 10' x 10' area, but additional room should be allowed in front of each tent for players and waiting guests.

The exact space needed depends on the number of tents and how you want your midway arranged. We can work with you to determine a layout that fits your available space.

Does the carnival come with staff?

Our carnival packages can include Game Craze staff to help keep your midway organized and running smoothly.

Staffing requirements depend on the carnival package, attendance, games selected, and your event's needs. We'll review those details with you when planning your carnival.

Can our volunteers help run the carnival games?

Depending on the package and games selected, your organization's volunteers may be able to assist with operating individual game stations.

This can be a great option for schools, churches, PTAs/PTOs, community organizations, and corporate events with volunteers available.

What types of events are good for a Craze Carnival?

Almost any event can become a carnival!

The Craze Carnival is a great fit for school carnivals, field days, church festivals, corporate picnics, employee appreciation events, community festivals, college events, family days, birthday celebrations, holiday events, fundraisers, and company parties.

Can you create a carnival for different age groups?

Yes. Tell us who will be attending, and we'll help you choose games that fit your audience.

We can create a carnival primarily for preschool and elementary-age children, a more challenging carnival for teens and adults, or an all-ages midway with something for everyone.

Can we add other attractions to the carnival?

Absolutely. Your carnival doesn't have to stop with midway games.

You can add inflatables, obstacle courses, rock walls, mechanical attractions, trackless trains, concessions, interactive games, and other Game Craze attractions to create a larger carnival experience.

Can we add carnival concessions?

Yes! What's a carnival without carnival treats?

Ask about adding popcorn, cotton candy, Sno-Kones, and other concession options to complete your carnival atmosphere.

Can you customize the carnival for our theme?

Yes. Depending on your event, we can help coordinate games, prizes, attractions, and other elements around your theme.

What happens if it rains?

Because our carnival tents can be used indoors or outdoors, having an indoor backup location can be a great option when available.

Outdoor events are always subject to weather and safety conditions. If severe weather or unsafe conditions develop, our team will follow the appropriate safety procedures.

Does the carnival need electricity?

Power requirements depend on the games and additional attractions you select. Many traditional carnival games require little or no electricity.

If your package includes powered attractions, concessions, lighting, or other equipment, we'll let you know the electrical requirements before your event.

How far in advance should I reserve my carnival?

We recommend reserving as early as possible, particularly for popular spring school carnival, summer festival, fall festival, and holiday event dates.

Larger carnivals also benefit from early planning because it gives us more time to help you select games, determine your layout, plan staffing, and customize your event.
