As with any event you plan it can be very crazy and of course I was a little stressed. Then when they delivered the tent, table, chairs and bouncy house I was told they were missing 2 of my tables were missing and that there were none in the warehouse. This added alot of stress that I did not need. Then I had to figure out where was I going to put all the food. Then the gentleman that delivered it said he had another set up to do but did I have time to wait for him to run to lowes and by 2 new tables and bring them back. I said I will have to. So they did bring back the tables but I had guest showing up and and was not ready for them. I guess I wish I had been told in advance that you did not have enough tables for me I did place the order about 3 1/2 weeks prior to the event. <br><br>Denise - I'm sorry we didn't have all of your tables on the delivery truck, it doesn't happen very often but sometimes we make mistakes. I'm happy that we were able to correct the situation and hope you had a great event.

Great customer service. The process was really easy. The machine worked great. The water did seem to leak out around the feet of the snow cone machine though. I think it was because the drip tube was pinched under the machine, so the water didn't flow through the tube very well. The representative that gave me the initial quote was very friendly and willing to work with me on meeting and recommending what products would best suit my event. After my deposit was made I spoke with a gentleman the day before my event to make sure I was going to get all of the equipment that I would need. I was having a birthday party for my two children, both of them have autism, and the children at the party were going to have development disabilities. He was very helpful on how to work the products and how loud the sounds would be, most of these children have hypersensitive hearing. He also threw in a little something special for us!!! We are gonna have a school carnival this summer and I will be renting these two products again.

During the event, John was tremendously patient with the eager little ones and well as the adults. Both John and his helper (sorry can't remember his name) were great with everyone. We had approximately 20 kids at our party. From the time the inflatable was set up to the time it came down the kids had a blast. The staff overseeing the event interacted amazingly with the kids and kept them under control which isn't easy for four plus hours. The even t was perfect thanks to Solid Rock Sports!

I always rest easy about the entertainment portion of my event when I have Solid Rock Sports lined up. They do a terrific job of preparing me and making sure we have what is needed. Their staff is courteous and respectful with our guests and go above and beyond. When bad weather forced us indoors in 2012, they stayed an extra hour beyond what was scheduled (I asked if they would and offered to pay for the extra time) since the line had to be moved and we lost time. They are terrific to work with!

Game Craze is an excellent company to use for any event where games are played. Mr. Brian Robinson was superb in helping me reserve our bounce house. His customer service skills are are of the highest caliber. When I thought the park would stop me from bringing the bounce house due to my negligence in presenting the certificate of liability insurance, Mr. Robinson quickly stopped by his office and emailed the informtion to the secrtary at the park headquarters. This action saved me a log of grief, as I would not have been able to face the children if the bounce house did not arrive. At our event, Doug and Maggie delivered the bounce house and were very nice, thorough and knowledgeable about every detail concerning our children's safety. When the time was up, both Doug and Maggie check with me to make sure we were satisfied and that the children had an awesome time. This also would not have happened without the attention of Adam, who was the overseer during the 4 hours that we had the bounce house. Adam was also very attentive to the children and kept their fun and safety as his number one priority. I was a little confused on the rain policy for laser tag but when I called it was communicated clearly to me. The only thing that was stressful is having to pay for all of it when our weather is so unpredictable. But customer service was great, our attendant was very nice and great with the kids. Overall, it was a great event and my son loved it for his big day. If I could guarantee weather, I'd do it again in a second!

They arrived on time, everything was ready to go at event time and then they cleaned up when the event was over. The Weather was the only bad part of the day as it kept many people away. I will return to Solid Rock Sports for our event next year.

Just wanted to send you a quick email talking about today's activities. Basically it was a HUGE SUCCESS. THANK YOU so much. Your boys showed up exactly on time, very nice men, got everything up and running quickly and on time. Trained our parents great, they were very nice and helpful, I noticed them constantly walking around and checking on everything for us. Of course, all our kids thought it was the best last day of school ever. A+ Company to deal with. Quick email responses. Willing to work with you. Great communication. Promptly arrived and set up all equipment. Very nice staff to work with. We like that they trained and stayed during the entire event. Tear down time was good. When we looked for an inflatable company, we started with cost and size. We then look for customer service once we found the vendor. Solid Rock Sports was prompt, booking was easy, the bounce house that we rented seemed brand new. It was so nice. All of the kids enjoyed it. I especially like that we could have all day and you didn't have a specific time limit. That was the best part. Our daughters asked if we could have one all of the time! I wasn't very happy that they tried to cut our event short the morning of, based on the fact that our gym had 6 steps. They tried to tell us they would need to cut us down to 1 1/2 hours so they could clean up as it would take longer due to the steps; something that should have been discovered prior to the event. In the end, our Great American rep worked it out with them so they would stay for the entire 2 hours that we paid for.<br><br>Game Craze Reply - We state in our contract, in email and in our pre call, that limited access, including steps or stairs, may result in reduced event time. 6 steps may not sound like much but having to unload, hand carry or push up stairs, the over 2,500 lbs of sand bags, inflatables, blowers, extension cords, floor mats, and speakers does take additional time. Your GA rep was great and helped us load out and got lunch for our team so we could make our next event on time.

What a blast our kids had! The game truck was so cool and it's the perfect way to entertain a group of children (and adults) for the entire party. The crew was very friendly and helpful. He watched the kids and made sure they were having fun. When he saw one game wasn't being played he switched out the systems and put a new selection in for them. Everyone had fun with the photo booth and the popcorn machine was a big hit. Overall.... Having a party on wheels that entertained all ages?....awesome. A unique event customized for our kids enjoyment?...unforgettable. Watching Grandpa play wii bowling in the driveway?...priceless.

It was a simple process to book and I ordered more because of the bundling offer. I would definitely continue to offer that! The adults loved the photo booth which I didn't expect so I would rent that if you are getting the video truck. The adults stood in line to get in. There was a little mis communication on the arrival time but that worked out just fine - as I was calling to find out where they were - they came driving into the parking lot. Kudos to Ben Karam, Demetrius Rump, Andrew George, Patrick Richards, Tony Bates, Greg Dixon, Jerome Quinn. They were fantastic! One thing that we would do next year - we should position the photo booth to be more visable. We did ask your staff to move it and they did immediately and it started to get used. We rented the Video Game Truck and it was fantastic! All of the kids had so much fun. The truck was clean and in perfect condition. As for the staff, everyone I spoke to regarding the rental of the truck was wonderful. At no point did I feel rushed and they answered every one of my questions! The person that ran the truck was professional but yet personal and kept the kids entertained for the whole 2 hours. Our experiences was amazing and we are looking forward to planning our next event with them! Excellent Job Game Craze!!!!

John was especially helpful on the phone making arrangements for the Bounce House and Shawn, the gentleman who installed the equipment, was thorough in explaining the rules for use and the reasons behing the rules. He cleaned the Boune House before its use and wasfriendly and easy to talk with. He arrived on time and came back at the time he said he would be here. A very pleasant and easy experience.

Game Craze was awesome to work with and my students had a blast. The photo booth set up was really cool as the kids were able to easily get in line in an organized fashion as they prepared to take their pics. They were able to pick different props to wear for their photos and even the teachers got in to the act. The obstacle course was a big hit as well. The kids were able to race each other while using their bodies to go over, under and through different obstacles. The cost was also great as the were able to work with us on that.
