Booking & Logistics
How long does the rental last?
Our standard package is an Eight-Hour Full-Service Tailgate Party. This includes the time for our team to handle the full setup and teardown so you can maximize your enjoyment.
Where can the trailer be set up?
The trailer is 6’ x 12’. It can be positioned on most flat surfaces, including parking lots, driveways, or grassy fields, provided there is enough clearance for the vehicle to maneuver.
Is this only for football games?
Not at all! While it’s the ultimate game-day rig, it is also frequently used for:
- Fantasy Sports Drafts
- Promotional Events
- Community & Church Gatherings

Power & Technical Requirements
How does the trailer get power?
The unit can be powered by any standard 110V outlet located within 100 feet of the setup area.
What if there is no power outlet nearby?
No problem! If you are in a remote field or a parking lot without power, we offer generators for rental to keep the TV and sound system running smoothly.
Do I need to provide the TV signal?
Yes. While we provide the hardware (85" HDTV and Roof-Mount Satellite), it is the customer's responsibility to ensure a valid signal/subscription is accessible for the specific broadcast you wish to watch.

What kind of games are included?
We include Giant Jenga and our Lighted Cornhole Boards. Our boards are "The Ultimate Fan Boards," representing Cleveland’s favorite teams: the Browns, Buckeyes, Cavs, and Guardians.
Does the grill come with fuel?
Yes, the gas grill comes equipped with a propane tank, so you are ready to cook as soon as we finish the setup.
Is there furniture for my guests?
Absolutely. We provide:
- Two 6-foot tables with black linens.
- Two 36” bar-height tables with black linens.
- Six camp-style chairs.
- A 10’ x 10’ popup tent for shade.
How much ice do I need for the cooler?
The unit includes a massive 110 Qt. cooler. Depending on your beverage count and the temperature, we typically recommend starting with 40–60 lbs of ice to keep things chilled for the duration of the event.

Since we provide the gas grill, propane, and tables, you just need the "raw ingredients":
