Our Game Craze Express trackless train rental starts at $950 for up to 3 hours. Longer rental periods are available, with pricing based on the length of your event, delivery location, and event requirements. How many passengers can ride the trackless train?

The Game Craze Express features three passenger coaches and can accommodate approximately 12–14 passengers per trip, depending on the size and age of the riders. This makes it a great high-capacity attraction for festivals, schools, company picnics, community events, and holiday celebrations.

Can adults ride the trackless train?

Yes! The Game Craze Express isn't just for kids. Both children and adults can ride, making it a fun attraction for families and guests of different ages.

Does the trackless train rental include an operator?

Yes. Our trackless train rental includes a trained Game Craze operator to drive and operate the train during your event. This allows your organization to focus on your guests while our team handles operation of the attraction.

Can the trackless train operate on grass?

Yes, depending on the condition and grade of the surface. Our trackless train can operate on a variety of suitable surfaces, including pavement and firm, relatively level grass. Soft, muddy, excessively uneven, or steep areas may not be suitable.

Can a trackless train operate indoors?

The Game Craze Express is a gas-powered trackless train and is intended for outdoor operation. If you're planning an indoor event, ask us about other Game Craze attractions that may be better suited for your venue.

How much space does a trackless train need?

Unlike a carnival ride that stays in one location, a trackless train needs a safe driving route with adequate turning space and clearance. The amount of space required depends on your venue and proposed route.

Parking lots, paved paths, and large open event areas often work well. Our team can help determine whether your planned route is appropriate before your event.

Can the trackless train operate on hills?

For rider safety, the train should operate on a relatively level route without steep grades, sharp drop-offs, or unsafe slopes. If your property has hills or elevation changes, contact us before booking so we can evaluate the proposed route.

What happens if it rains?

Weather and ground conditions can affect trackless train operation. Heavy rain, storms, high winds, muddy conditions, or other unsafe conditions may require operation to be delayed or stopped.

Safety always comes first, and the final decision regarding operation is made based on conditions at the event.

Can the trackless train operate in snow?

Yes, our trackless train can operate during winter events when conditions are safe, but the entire train route must be cleared of snow and ice before operation.

The trackless train is not designed to plow or create its own path through snow. Because the passenger coaches follow behind the engine, attempting to travel through accumulated snow can create unsafe operating conditions.

For Christmas events, tree lightings, winter festivals, and other winter celebrations, the event organizer must make sure the planned train route is plowed, cleared, and free of ice before the train arrives and throughout the event.

Final operation is always subject to weather, surface conditions, and the determination of the Game Craze train operator.

Yes. Game Craze Party Rentals is fully insured, and certificates of insurance are available when required for qualifying events and organizations.
