The Articles of Party Planning
We the party people of Louisville, in order to form a more perfect party…
- Declare your date. Send the date, address and headcount. September and summer weekends fill first.
- Check the grounds. We look at space, power and any park, school or venue rules, and send a COI when the venue needs one.
- We roll in from Norton. The crew brings everything and has it set up before guests arrive.
- Run it, then retire the colors. Attendants staff attractions when needed, and we pack up after.
