Bedford Party Rental FAQ
How far is Bedford from Game Craze?
About 31 miles from our Norton warehouse. Book early for December weekends, when holiday parties fill the calendar.
Does the Santa obstacle course need power?
It is 40 feet long and finishes with a triple slide. Our crew checks the space and the nearest outlet with you before delivery day.
Will the snowfall machine make real snow?
Close to it. The 3-foot snowman shoots realistic flakes 15 to 20 feet into the air, and they evaporate within about a minute of landing. It is a hit at tree lightings and holiday open houses.
What is the Santa Sleigh game?
Players toss toy sacks into Santa's sleigh. It needs no power, so it fits on a church lawn or a school gym stage.
How many guests can the Mega midway handle?
Up to 500 players, with 12 games, six 10 x 10 foot tents, 1,200 prizes, music and staff to run it all.
Do you serve businesses near Broadway and Rockside?
Yes. We set up for offices, shops and plants across Bedford for holiday parties and summer picnics alike.
Game Craze dropped off all the equipment needed for the event, showed me how to operate all the equipment and let us run our own event! It ended up being one of the best parts of the night.

About Bedford
The Spirit of '76 and "Bedford Falls"
Painter Archibald M. Willard, who created the famous fife-and-drum painting The Spirit of '76, was born in Bedford, and Cleveland Historical notes a Spirit of '76 museum room in the 1874 Town Hall that honors him. The city still loves a celebration: each December it hosts Christmas in Bedford Falls along Broadway, a playful nod to the fictional town in It's a Wonderful Life.
