“This was the first time renting through your company, and I was completely satisfied. Being able to search online and get details of the items I was interested in and to be able to get a quote on the spot (not to mention know if the item was available on the date of interest), was super helpful. When I had a couple of questions, I was able to call and talk to someone who could give the answers I needed. On the day of the event, the staff arrived early and set up the items so that they were ready to go at the start of our event. They were extremely friendly with the adults & kids alike, and did a great job managing the inflatables and the kids using them. I had many adults come up to me to let me know how nice the staff was. At the end of our event, they even made a “last call” before they took the rentals down, giving the kids a final opportunity. How refreshing! Instead of punching the clock & saying, “time’s up” and start tearing things down, they made sure all the guests had a final chance. For the price, ease, and quality, I would most definitely rent from Solid Rock Sports again!”
