Our Christmas Train & Movie Magic Package starts at $2,999.99 for a 3-hour event. The package combines two premium holiday attractions—the Christmas Express Trackless Train and our 15' × 8' LED movie trailer—along with professional Game Craze staff and special holiday extras.

How many people can ride the Christmas Express train?

The Christmas Express features three passenger coaches and can accommodate approximately 12–14 passengers per trip, depending on the size and age of the riders.

The train can make continuous trips throughout your event, making it a great attraction for larger Christmas festivals, tree lightings, school events, and community celebrations.

Does the trackless train include an operator?

Yes. The Christmas Express includes a trained Game Craze operator to drive and operate the train throughout your event.

Our team handles the operation so your organization doesn't have to provide someone to drive the train.

Can the Christmas train operate in snow?

Yes, the Christmas Express can operate during winter events when conditions are safe, but the entire train route must be cleared of snow and ice before operation.

The trackless train is not designed to plow or create its own path through snow. The event organizer is responsible for making sure the planned route is plowed, cleared, and free of ice before the train arrives and remains safe throughout the event.

Final operation is always subject to weather, surface conditions, and the determination of the Game Craze train operator.

Can the Christmas train operate on grass?

Yes, depending on the condition of the ground. The Christmas Express can operate on firm, relatively level grass as well as pavement and suitable parking lots.

Soft ground, mud, excessive snow, ice, steep grades, or significantly uneven terrain may prevent safe operation.

Can the Christmas train operate indoors?

The Christmas Express is gas-powered and intended for outdoor operation.

Can the LED movie screen be seen before dark?

Yes! This is one of the biggest advantages of our LED movie trailer.

Unlike traditional projection movie screens that generally require darkness for the best picture, our LED video screen can be viewed during daylight and in ambient light.

That makes the Christmas Train & Movie Magic Package especially useful for afternoon Christmas festivals, early tree-lighting events, school celebrations, and holiday events that begin before sunset.

Your guests don't have to wait until dark to begin enjoying the screen.

How large is the LED movie screen?

The package includes our 15-foot-wide × 8-foot-high LED video screen trailer.

The large LED display can be used for your Christmas movie as well as holiday videos, event announcements, sponsor recognition, countdowns, festive graphics, and other event content.

Do you provide the Christmas movie?

The customer is responsible for providing the approved movie media/content and any required public-performance licensing or permissions.

Game Craze Party Rentals provides the professional LED screen, sound and equipment needed to present the movie as part of the package.

Can we show The Polar Express at our event?

You may be able to show The Polar Express at your event if you obtain any public-performance rights or licensing required for your particular event.

Purchasing, renting, streaming, or owning a movie for personal use does not necessarily provide permission to show it publicly.

Game Craze Party Rentals provides the train, LED movie screen, sound and event experience, but the event organizer is responsible for making sure the movie being shown is properly authorized for the event.

Do we need a movie license?

A public-performance license may be required when a copyrighted movie is shown outside a private home setting, particularly at schools, churches, parks, community events, businesses, festivals, HOAs, and other public or organizational events.

The requirements can depend on the movie, audience, venue, and type of event.

The event organizer is responsible for obtaining any required movie licensing or public-performance permissions before the event.

Can we choose a different Christmas movie?

Yes. Your event doesn't have to be limited to one Christmas movie.

You can choose another family-friendly Christmas or holiday movie, provided you supply the appropriate media and obtain any licensing or permissions required for your event.

This lets schools, cities, churches, companies, HOAs, and community organizations customize the experience for their particular audience.

What happens if it rains or snows?

Because this package is designed primarily for outdoor events, weather and ground conditions can affect operation.

Rain, heavy snow, ice, high winds, storms, muddy conditions, or other unsafe weather may require an attraction to be delayed, modified, or stopped.

For snowy events, the Christmas Express train route must be plowed and cleared of snow and ice. The train cannot be used to plow its own path through accumulated snow.

Game Craze staff will make final operational decisions based on the conditions at the event and the safe operation of the equipment.

Do you provide power for the train and LED screen?

The Christmas Express is powered by its own gasoline engine, so the train does not require electrical power from your venue.

The LED movie trailer power is also self contained and uses a generator to  power the screen.

How much space does the package require?

Because this package combines a trackless train and a 15' × 8' LED movie trailer, it requires more space than a traditional stationary attraction.

The LED trailer needs a safe setup location with adequate access and viewing space for your audience.

The Christmas Express also needs a safe driving route with adequate width, clearance, and turning space. Parking lots, paved areas, and large open spaces often work well.

Is Game Craze Party Rentals insured?

Yes. Game Craze Party Rentals is fully insured, and certificates of insurance are available when required for qualifying events and organizations.

We regularly work with schools, cities, parks, churches, colleges, corporations, festivals, HOAs, and other organizations that may have specific insurance requirements.

How far do you travel for Christmas events?

Game Craze Party Rentals provides Christmas train rentals, LED movie screens, and holiday event entertainment throughout Northeast Ohio, including Akron, Canton, Cleveland, Medina, Hudson, Wooster, Youngstown, and surrounding communities.

Our primary service area includes communities throughout Summit, Stark, Cuyahoga, Medina, Portage, and Wayne counties, and we can travel farther for larger Christmas and holiday events.
